End of Year Ideas Linky Party

For many of us, it is almost time to say goodbye to another group of students. I would love to know what you do to celebrate the end of the year with your students. 

Here's what I usually do. 

There are so many fun and fabulous ideas for celebrating the end of the year.

I always like to plan a party to send my students off to the next grade. 

We outline what the party will look like and then allocate roles for individuals and groups in organizing the party. We invite the rest of the grade by sending out invites, we make our own decorations, food, allocate a photographer, a DJ, MC (s), dancers and what ever else children think of.

The students also like to make handprint place mats and laminate for their parents. This way, they can see how much their children have grown in years to come and recall all the fun thy had in our class.
